All orders placed after Nov 21 are eligible
to be exchanged
or returned up until January 15, 2012.
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the RegaliGifts.com. That’s because we go out of our
way to ensure that they’re designed and produce to be just what you
want. We understand,
however, that sometimes a product may not be
what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to
review the following terms related to returning a product.
Return Policy:
Exchanges or refunds are given on strictly un-used, un-worn, un-damaged
merchandise that arrives back to us in the condition that it was when we sent it
to you. All returns must include all original packaging including tags...
intact. If you are not satisfied with your order once you’ve received it, you
can send it back to our warehouse for a return or exchange. RegaliGifts.com is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or
issue a gift card.. If you would like to return a product within 14 days
from
date that you have received it, we would ask
you to please contact Regaligifts.com first by Email or phone call
for RMA Number prior to shipping the product back, so we could track
it and make sure it gets process quickly. Since we are a small
company and would like to
pass the saving to our customers we are
unable to return your shipping charge and gift wrapping. Incase of
free shipping the total of the purchase minus the shipping charge
will be credit to account, this include the product
that received the
free shipping. For any product that is being exchange customer is
responsible for ship to and from
RegaliGifts.com
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple
steps:
1. Contact our Customer Service department via email at info@regaligifts.com
or call 732-299-6955 Monday-Friday 10am and 6pm EST
2. Repack the gift in its
original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. Please be sure your RMA
NUMBER is on the return label for fast processing.
3. For your security, please
return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post)
and retain your receipt. RegaliGifts.com is not responsible for items damaged or
lost in transit.
